After phone CALLS to hospital, and CALLS to the courier pharmacy Alcura this morning … eventually I get a call back from Taigen a delightful Welsh young lady (with Alcura) who really takes on this problem. She’s dynamic and excellent 😊 and is going to keep me updated via email.
So, fingers crossed, things should all be resolved by tomorrow 🤞
I feel a lot better about this muddle now. It does appear to have been caused by my consultant’s absence. It seems that his disappearance has unfortunately caused many problems …
