A beautiful Blue Sky Walking Day !!! 😊
So we sit having coffee in the garden …
Mandy does quite a lot of ‘planty’ stuff, while I supervise 🤣
And then we head off out to The Friary, for a Blue Sky Walking Day Walk 😊.
Taking coffee with us, we walk to my favourite bench, where we see a rather beautiful, Egyptian Goose …
Then, after a bit of gentle encouragement I walk a bit further, and by the time we get back to the car I’ve walked 1,426 steps (1km) – that’s my new record.
… I really am getting stronger 💪!!
The bird is impressive. As are there steps. Onward….
