Up early and off into hospital for a blood test (again), and to get more tablets.
Only four bottles of blood this time. They’ve cut out the ‘light chain’ test because it’s been stable for about 2 months.
A nurse gives me a big bag of boxes of tablets. Surprisingly there are enough for 3 or 4 months 😋
Shortly after lunch my foot specialist arrives to give my feet a thorough treatment.
It’s amazing how the Melphalan has affected my feet, but I feel so much better for a bit of foot TLC.
Later we ‘pop’ out for a river walk …
The sky’s a bit threatening, but it’s so good to gulp in lots of fresh air, after being in Hospital.
I walk 2,087 steps 👏👏👏, and absolute totally impress myself 💗
I know that I keep saying this, but I really am getting stronger every day.
Good stuff
Well done 👏👏👏⭐️
