DAY 1

There’s a bit of a technical problem here at HubbleBubble due to lack of forward planning. So, blog posts will be a bit limited.

Day ZERO went well, and my stem cells rushed home, so that they took half of the expected time. Must have been a mutual attraction thing going on.

Today, Day ONE, has been ok too … the Melphalan has caused a little doziness, and my mouth/voice is misbehaving slightly … but apart from that all’s well.
I must mention Jarvina, my nurse yesterday, who was excellent – but the best thing she did was make me a hot chocolate drink when it was all done.

I went for a short Ward Walk today, and discovered, from an office whiteboard that my expected discharge date is 30th November, or maybe earlier … 🤞
